Supporting You All the Way: Financial Assistance
We believe that receiving the treatment for prostate cancer should not be conditional on a patient's financial means.
Financial support
Receiving a diagnosis of cancer and the accompanying financial impact of that diagnosis and treatment can be a major source of stress for the patient and their families. The costs should never be a reason a patient does not follow or complete a treatment plan.

The Weiser Center for Prostate Cancer offers a variety of financial assistance and services to our patients when facing the complex financial issues that may arise during cancer care.

Patient Assistance Center (PAC)

To further enhance our support, we also offer the Patient Assistance Center (PAC), led by dedicated social workers from the Department of Social Work.
This program specializes in assisting patients with non-medical needs that may arise during their course of treatment, focusing heavily on factors that could be potential barriers to care.

This means that beyond your medical expenses, our support extends to critical areas such as lodging, meals, transportation, and even coordination with government and community organizations. These services are primarily aimed at ensuring patients can seamlessly continue with the necessary treatments or appointments.
The combined force of our financial assistance program and PAC creates an ecosystem of support for our patients, reducing the stress of managing finances and non-medical hindrances. We’re here to alleviate your fears and provide answers to any queries you may have regarding the financial aspects of your treatment and additional support services.
